What's your recipe for life? In other words, what is your strategy for life? Whether you realize it consciously or not, we have strategies for everything in our life.
We have strategies for how we get up in the morning, how we eat, how we work, how we relax, and how we go to bed. A strategy for relationships, finances, parenting, learning, cooking, shopping, etc. We have a process for everything we do.
We have strategies for being depressed, angry, or defensive. We also possess strategies for every emotion we consistently experience and even those we don't experience as often.

A strategy is a specific plan or method for consistently achieving a particular result.
By understanding how strategies are formed and function, you can produce the consistent results, you desire in any area of your life. For example, once you know your strategy for being grateful. You can create that desired result by following your strategy (recipe) every time you want to be grateful. You can learn to duplicate any strategy and obtain the results you want.
