Founder of Freedom Life Coaching
Tommy Cruz is the Founder and CEO of Freedom Life Coaching. He is a Certified Life Coach, ordained minister, leadership trainer, church consultant, marriage mentor, Freedom Ministry trainer, and experienced coach who helps people gain clarity, build confidence, make wise decisions, and move forward with purpose.
For more than 27 years, Tommy has worked with individuals, leaders, pastors, church staff, ministry teams, volunteers, business owners, and community leaders. His background includes coaching, ministry, leadership development, team training, marriage mentoring, spiritual growth, communication, decision-making, and helping people identify what is holding them back.
Tommy’s work is practical, direct, faith-friendly when appropriate, and focused on helping people take ownership and move forward.

Tommy works with professionals, leaders, and individuals who feel stuck personally, professionally, relationally, emotionally, or spiritually.

Education and Training
Tommy is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
He also completed pastoral studies at Canaan Bible Institute, graduated from Master’s Commission USA, and received biblical life coaching training through Trinity Coaching Institute.
His background combines business, leadership, ministry, coaching, communication, and personal development.
Tommy is also a bilingual coach and has served as an ordained minister, church consultant, credentialed police chaplain, Freedom Ministry trainer, marriage mentor, and Strong Marriage trainer.

Local and Remote Coaching
Freedom Life Coaching is based in Lubbock, Texas, and works with clients locally throughout West Texas and remotely by phone or video. This allows Freedom Life Coaching to serve individuals, leaders, and organizations both in person and throughout the United States.
Clients may meet with Tommy:

Office visits are by appointment only.
Outside of Coaching
Tommy and his wife live in Lubbock, Texas, with their family.
Outside of coaching, ministry, and leadership work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, reading, learning, and being outdoors.
Throughout his career, Tommy has studied extensively in the areas of leadership, business, coaching, ministry, communication, personal development, and spiritual growth.
