Tommy Cruz
Tommy Cruz is the Founder and CEO of Freedom Life Coaching and The Cruz Consulting Network. He is a bilingual Certified Life Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), an Ordained Minister, Church Consultant, Credential Police Chaplin, Freedom Ministry Trainer, Marriage Mentor, and a Strong Marriage Trainer.
Tommy has 27 years of ministry experience ranging from volunteer children’s worker to Senior Pastor in churches ranging from 50 to over 3000 in memberships in cities like Phoenix, Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Lubbock.
Over his career, he has met with, ministered, consulted, and coached thousands of individuals including pastors, church staff, lay leaders, volunteers, and community leaders.
Tommy is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors in Business Administration & Management and the Canaan Bible Institute Pastoral Studies Program. He is also a graduate of Master's Commission USA. He received his Biblical Life Coaches training from the Trinity Coaching Institute. Tommy and his wife of 20 years reside in Lubbock, TX with their four children. In his leisure time, Tommy enjoys reading, hanging out with family, and hunting. Throughout his career, Tommy has read over 1000 books on leadership, business, coaching, and ministry and has an extensive understanding of concepts and experiences in these fields.
